Shengmai San

Regulates the heart rate and the functions of the internal organs, increasing heart output and the ability of the body to protect against diseases. Strengthens cardiac contractility, reducing oxygen consumption in the heart muscles, adjusting blood pressure, exerting actions against shock, expanding the coronary arteries to increase coronary arterial blood flow. Used clinically to treat coronary heart disease, pulmonary disease, rheumatic heart disease, arrhythmia, heart neurosis, hypotension, sunstroke, chronic bronchitis, and tuberculosis.
