Directions for Preparation of One Dosage: Pour one herb packet into large pasta pot with 4-5 qts of water per packet. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 hours until reduced to 1 qt of tea. Drain tea from dregs with ladle. Drink as hot tea tea 3x throughout day.
